A space for clarity and deeper reflection, while also softening into mystery and learning to trust what life is inviting you to step into, what is asking to be embodied, and what is ready to transform.

About
I’m Melissa Perez—Mother, Certified Sky Scholar Astrologer, Birth + PP Doula, and Co-Creator of Embodied Mama.
Born under a solar eclipse with the Sun and Moon in Sagittarius, resting between the 8th house of death and rebirth and the 9th house of faith and meaning, it makes all the sense that my work would be in supporting those in liminal spaces — whether you are moving through uncertainty, grief, or a transition into new meaning and expansion.
I have learned that descent is not the opposite of growth, but the very soil of it. It is where we find our greatest gold, reclaim lost parts of ourselves, and remember our innate capacity and wholeness.
My approach is intuitive and reverent. I honor your sovereignty while also recognizing the larger forces that shape a life. I believe our questions often offer us more than our answers, so I help you tend to them.
Whether through astrology, poema, or the threshold of birth, my work is an invitation to listen more closely to what life is revealing, to tend what is asking for your attention, and to deepen trust in the unfolding of your own path.

Soul Doula Presence
To doula is to tend. To remain close to what is unfolding without needing to control its outcome. It is the practice of presence, of listening, of paying attention.
These initiations ask something of us: a quality of presence that can remain with the intensity, uncertainty, and transformation of the experience. To doula is to attune to the mother and to the space, discerning what is needed, what is changing, and what may need protecting.
It is not about directing the experience, but tending the conditions in which a mother can remain connected to herself as she moves through it.
